Interfaith Sanctuary invites you to sponsor a Sunday Night Meal!

Last week I posted about our challenges with getting meals into our shelter on Saturdays and Sunday at Interfaith Sanctuary Housing Services. What happened next was magic. In just 4 days our community came together and sponsored over a years worth of Saturdays for our guests to enjoy pizza. The amazing things is that our community is still donating to our Pizza, Pizza, Pizza campaign so I have an idea I wanted to throw out to you. Now that we have Saturdays covered for the year, do you want to help us cover 3 Sundays a month with tacos, tacos,tacos. $133.00 will cover the cost of getting some crunchy tacos with all the fixins' and bean & cheese burritos to our guests on Sundays. We currently have 55 sponsors supporting our campaign. If we can get 33 more sponsors to cover our Sundays (3 Sundays a month because we have a Sunday Supper Program that prepares one meal a month for our shelter) that will cover our weekend meals for the year.
